Hammermill

Granutech-Saturn’s hammermill products started with the acquisition in 2015 of Magnatech Engineering formerly located in Tonganoxie, Kansas. With a complete line of stationary hammermills in sizes ranging from 36 inch to 72 inch rotor diameter, and hundreds of installations in North America. The Magnatech product line is known for durability and reliability. Granutech-Saturn, with our extensive manufacturing capabilities located in Grand Prairie, Texas, will continue to provide parts and service for existing Magnatech hammermills for years to come.

MAC 5200 Baler

Developed for high density baling of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal, MAC’s Model 5200 excels in a broad range of materials including loose steel sheet, clips and trim stock. A real workhorse, the Model 5200 features both a shear head compressed ram and side compressed ram, and is capable of producing bales measuring 16-inches square by variable lengths at a rate of 55-60 per hour. Bale densities vary according to material but average 165 lb./cu. ft. for ferrous material and 50-65 lb./cu. ft. for aluminum.

This durable industrial rubber granulator is easy to maintain and provides incredibly clean rubber and separated steel when processing tires. The Grizzly's unique rotor construction and proprietary blade material allow the greatest size reduction for your materials while minimizing blade cost.
